E-Verify notice
At EverBank, we use E-Verify to confirm you're authorized to work in the U.S. This is an Internet-based system that compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. Learn more about E-Verify.
Machine-Readable Files (MRFs)
The Transparency in Coverage Final Rules require certain group health plans to provide two separate MRFs on a public website. One MRF discloses information regarding in-network provider rates for billed charges on covered items and services. The second MRF discloses historical out-of-network allowed amounts for billed charges on covered items and services.
