Seth Waller

Chief Risk Officer

Seth Waller joined EverBank in 2012 and serves as an Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. Prior to becoming CRO, he served as the bank’s Chief Credit Officer. With 30 years of experience, Mr. Waller’s career has focused on bank credit and risk management. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, Consumer Lending at U.S. Bank in Cincinnati. Earlier in his career, Mr. Waller held senior risk management and credit positions with GE Capital, Bank of America, and Transamerica.

Mr. Waller attended the United States Naval Academy and is a graduate of the University of West Florida. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2012, he graduated from the CBA Executive Banking School and has served on the faculty since then. He holds the Credit Risk Certification designation from the Risk Management Association and serves on the combined board of directors of RMA and BAI. Outside of work, Mr. Waller is active in the community and currently serves on the board of the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council.
