To celebrate Community PedsCare® Families, EverBank, THE PLAYERS, the Jim and Tabitha Furyk Foundation and the PGA Tour Wives Association Teamed Up for the 16th Annual “These Kids Can Play” Event

Jacksonville, Fla. – March 13, 2024 –To support children fighting life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, EverBank partnered with four community organizations: The Foundation of Community Hospice & Palliative Care, the Jim and Tabitha Furyk Foundation, THE PLAYERS Championship, and the PGA TOUR Wives Association, to sponsor the 16th annual “These Kids Can Play” event. This marquis community event is one where Community PedsCare® patients and families from around the First Coast are treated to a day of Carnival-inspired fun at Stadium Village, the fan center at THE PLAYERS at TPC Sawgrass.

“We love attending ‘These Kids Can Play.’ It’s one of the big highlights of our year,” said Brandi Archuleta, mother of Community PedsCare® patient Sophia Archuleta. “Our kids are treated with such love. They can participate in events on their level in a safe place. This means the world to me and makes my heart smile. My daughter is always so excited to see her friends, and it’s always a bonus when Jaxson De Ville visits! Incredibly grateful for all who make this day happen, and so special for our kids.”

This annual event included a $30,000 check presentation from THE PLAYERS presented by Lee Smith, Executive Director of THE PLAYERS, and a donation to Community PedsCare® that was matched by another $30,000 from EverBank.
